We are committed to implementing a thorough and cohesive approach to health and fitness. Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy is a novel approach for treating mental health issues. Before treatment, you must review the Patient Information and Consent Package to comprehend the services you have consented to receive.
Insurance:
Our services may not be eligible for reimbursement by third-party insurance or government programs such as your Kupat Holim. Keter Health will only process insurance claims or participate in claims appeals if required by law. Keter Health will issue a recepit of services rendered upon request in order for you to request reimbursements from your Kupa. You may or may not receive reimbursements.
Invoice and Settlement
When purchasing the Keter Health Service online, you must supply information including your credit card number, expiration date, and billing address. You affirm the accuracy of the submitted information, agree to make payments promptly, and assert your authorization to use the designated credit card for the transaction. Your payment card information will be retained until you decide to remove it.
Keter Health may use third-party services for payment processing. Keter Health has assessed the third-party services as secure. For further information regarding the data exchanged with third-parties, please consult our Privacy Policy.

You must pay in full in order to book the first Psychiatric Assessment Appointment
We use a third-party service to manage your expenses.
You will receive a receipt confirming your payments.
You are required to request a comprehensive invoice if necessary.
Ketamine treatment is not suitable for everyone. After an initial assessment by our medical experts, it may be determined that ketamine is not the appropriate treatment for you. This assessment will depend on reviewing your medical history, psychological history, and family history.
Cancellations
Your appointment time and office arrangements are exclusively reserved for you. Missed appointments and cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice have a negative impact on our professionals and other clients. Please inform us quickly by phone or email if you cannot attend your scheduled appointment to avoid any possible fees. Cancelling the psychiatric consult, treatment onboarding, or preparation with less than 48 hours notice may result in being charged 50% of your scheduled services. Cancelling an appointment with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in being charged the full session price.
Communicating with Keter Health via email, SMS, or WhatsApp constitutes electronic communication. We will strive to protect the information shared, but we cannot guarantee the security and confidentiality of electronic interactions. By using electronic methods to contact us, you recognize the inherent risks involved.
